FAQs

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours.

Please email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order as it might already be in processing or shipment.

If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.

If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. If you need to update or edit the items in your order, you may request these changes by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note we can only accommodate your request if your order has not been processed yet. 

We’re sorry your item(s) have damage!

Please email our team at [email protected] with an image of your damaged item for further assistance.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.

Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.

Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.

On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.

If you still are unable to locate the package within two weeks of receiving a delivery confirmation, please reach out to the carrier and provide them your tracking number.

We are so sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please report your order issue to our team at [email protected] for further assistance.

Include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can at no cost to you. 



Yes, we do offer expedited shipping for domestic orders only for $15.00.

Please keep in mind that this will only expedite the shipping time, and will not change the processing time of 2-5 business days. If you have a special request, please email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to serve your needs. 

Domestic Shipping [Country]: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. We also offer expedited shipping for $15. All other shipments are mailed through USPS Ground Advantage shipping for a flat rate of $6.95.

Canadian Shipping: Unfortunately, we don't ship to Canada at this time, but a selection of our products are available online at Modern Catholic Goods and the Catholic Company. 



Our standard shipping time is 2-5 business days.Express shipping will be delivered in 1-3 business days. These transit times begin after our 2-5 day processing window. 

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 5 days for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.


While we currently do not have a specific 'gift message' box during the checkout process, you can add a message to the 'notes' section, and it will be included on the order slip. We aways try to make sure to emphasize the note to ensure the recipient sees it on the order slip. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, you may also reach out to us with your order number and desired message, and we will attempt to include it.

If there's a specific photo you want for a polaroid pack that isn't already included in the options, it is likely due to copyright issues or we have retired the photo for other reasons. For this reason, we don't do custom orders for polaroids outside of the photo options available in our custom polaroid pack options. However, if we change or update the photo options in the future, we will announce it on all of our channels. We appreciate your understanding and support!

While we already donate to several organizations year round, we are happy to also partner with certain organizations in our local diocese and state community of Colorado. If your organization is within the state of Colorado, please reach out to us at [email protected] and share a little bit about your organization/event, what items you are interested in, the best shipping address to send the items to, and what date you need the items by. We allow customers to request the shipment of preorder and non-preorder items separately. This requires covering the additional shipping cost of $6.95 for the second package. To process your request, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to have shipped separately, and we'll be happy to send the items your way! 

We ensure that when your order arrives as a gift, it comes with an order slip listing all the items included, but no prices will be displayed. This way, the gift recipient will not see the amount paid for the items. We hope this makes your gifting experience enjoyable.

At this time, we do not offer custom selections for Saint Polaroids that are not on our current list. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope you find something you like from our available selections.

However, as a small operation, we have chosen to limit our donations to organizations we are personally involved with and churches within our diocese.
